Please read the following information prior to submitting your online payment:

PAYMENTS:

• Citations for cell phone violations, cases enrolled in traffic school, or cases in suspension or collections status cannot be paid online.  
• There is a $1.50 non-refundable convenience fee for each payment made online.
• If you are unable to pay online or want to pay by phone, please contact the Ashland Municipal Court at 541-482-5214 Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm and Thursday 9am to 1pm. 

TRAFFIC CITATIONS: If you have a traffic citation, you might be eligible for a diversion program. 
WARNING!  If you pay your citation before you are approved and receive your instructions for the traffic program, a conviction will be placed on your DMV record and the case will be CLOSED. Diversion or a traffic program will no longer be an option for you.
