Please read the following information prior to submitting your online payment:
PAYMENTS:
- Citations for cell phone violations, cases enrolled in traffic school, and cases in suspension or collections status cannot be paid online.
- There is a $1.50 non-refundable convenience fee for each payment made online.
- If you are unable to pay online or want to pay by phone, please contact the Ashland Municipal Court at 541-482-5214 Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm and Thursday 9am to 1pm.
TRAFFIC SCHOOL:
If you were cited for a traffic violation, you might be eligible for a traffic school program. Please visit the Traffic Programs webpage for further information including eligibility.
WARNING! If you pay your citation before you are
approved and receive your instructions for the traffic program, a conviction will be placed on your DMV record and the case will be CLOSED. Diversion or a traffic program will no longer be an option for you.
